Is your hair starting to become brittle, dull and dry, especially because of the days at the beach?<\/p>\n
You know, with the arrival of summer almost all of us try to find refuge with a dip in the water and find shelter in the shade of a parasol or a nice green area near the beach.
\nThe beautiful foliage that, however, you have looked after all year round is in danger of taking on the appearance of a thatch bush and being ruined.<\/p>\n
How to solve it? You can certainly go to a hairdresser to have some specific treatment applied, but surely a good natural do-it-yourself remedy will be gentler for your hair and can be prepared comfortably at home in a few simple steps.<\/p>\n
An after-sun mask made at home with readily available products is ideal for restoring volume, shine and softness to hair damaged by salt spray, sun and grains of sand.
\nWe would like to recommend three masks you can prepare at home to say goodbye to hair damaged by a few days at the sea.<\/p>\n
For the first do-it-yourself remedy, you only need a few ingredients. Obtain:<\/p>\n
2 tablespoons of olive oil
\n4 tablespoons of white yoghurt
\n4 tablespoons of honey<\/p>\n
Simply pour the different ingredients into a container of the right capacity and mix them together carefully. After a while you will obtain a thick cream that you can easily use. Apply it to the entire length, starting from the roots. The hair, remember, must be dry.
\nThose with normally oily hair, however, will have to be more careful and start the application from mid-length and not from the roots.<\/p>\n
Once applied, the mask should be left on for about 30-40 minutes, perhaps covering the hair with transparent paper (like kitchen paper, for example). After this time, you can rinse with plenty of water and complete with the normal washing.<\/p>\n
Suitable not only for hair made frizzy and dull by the sea, but also for hair damaged by too much dye or too aggressive products.
\nThis pack will also revitalise and prevent hair loss.<\/p>\n
You will need<\/p>\n
8 tablespoons olive oil
\n2 eggs
\n2 sprigs of rosemary (preferably fresh)
\nJuice of \u00bd lemon
\nJuice of \u00bd small orange
\n2 tablespoons honey<\/p>\n
As you may have noticed, the ingredients are similar to those for mayonnaise, with slight variations.
\nProceed by placing the rosemary sprigs in a bowl, without breaking them up (you will have to remove them later) and cover them with olive oil. Separately, beat the two eggs, then gradually add the lemon and orange juice. Also add the oil and the rosemary sprigs that you prepared earlier and, after a few minutes, remove the sprigs.
\nThe pack is now ready and all you have to do is pour it (perhaps with a spoon, even a large one) over the damp hair and leave it on for at least 30 minutes (1 hour).<\/p>\n
