Accessing and using the website implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ARTICLE 1 &#8211; Purpose of the Agreement<\/h3>\n<p>These terms and conditions govern the remote purchase of <strong>services, treatments, and procedures<\/strong> offered by LITELIFE through the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.litelife.store\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.litelife.store<\/a>. The contract is deemed finalized upon the CLIENT receiving an order confirmation email from LITELIFE.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ARTICLE 2 &#8211; Booking, Usage, and No-Show Policy<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mandatory Booking<\/strong>: The purchased <strong>services, treatments, and procedures<\/strong> must be <strong>booked in advance<\/strong> before visiting the facility. Bookings can be made through the channels provided by LITELIFE (phone, email, or online form).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service Usage<\/strong>: A <strong>service, treatment, or procedure<\/strong> is considered <strong>used<\/strong> once the CLIENT makes a booking, even if the actual service date is later. Once booked, <strong>services, treatments, or procedures<\/strong> <strong>cannot be refunded<\/strong>, even if the service date falls within 14 days of purchase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rescheduling<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>The CLIENT may modify the booking up to <strong>48 hours prior<\/strong> to the scheduled date.<\/li>\n<li>Changes must be communicated via email, phone, or other official channels.<\/li>\n<li>Bookings not modified within this timeframe are considered final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>No-Show<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>If the CLIENT fails to show up at the scheduled date and time without rescheduling the <strong>service, treatment, or procedure<\/strong> at least <strong>48 hours in advance<\/strong>, the package or purchase will be deemed <strong>fully used<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Late Cancellation Penalty<\/strong>: For changes or cancellations communicated between 72 and <strong>48 hours prior<\/strong> to the scheduled date, a penalty of <strong>20% of the service, treatment, or procedure value<\/strong> will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delay Policy<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>In case of a delay, the time elapsed will be <strong>deducted from the duration of the service or treatment<\/strong>, without altering the cost.<\/li>\n<li>Delays exceeding <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> will result in the CLIENT being considered a <strong>no-show<\/strong>, unless prior communication is made and approved by LITELIFE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ARTICLE 3 &#8211; Prices, Payments, and Refund Policy<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Prices for <strong>services, treatments, and procedures<\/strong> are expressed in Euros and include VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is required at the time of purchase, using available methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Purchases are non-refundable after <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the purchase date, except as provided under the right of withdrawal (Article 4).<\/li>\n<li>Booked <strong>services, treatments, or procedures<\/strong> are non-refundable, as they are considered used upon booking.<\/li>\n<li>Expired packages are not eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom Treatments<\/strong>: <strong>Services, treatments, or procedures<\/strong> that require special materials or preparations are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> after booking, regardless of the time remaining before the scheduled date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ARTICLE 4 &#8211; Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>The CLIENT has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the purchase date, provided the <strong>service, treatment, or procedure<\/strong> has not yet been booked or used.<\/li>\n<li>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT must send a written communication via email or registered mail.<\/li>\n<li>LITELIFE will refund the amounts paid using the same payment method within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the withdrawal request.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limitations<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Booked <strong>services, treatments, or procedures<\/strong> cannot be withdrawn.<\/li>\n<li>For unbooked packages, withdrawal is only allowed within 14 days from purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ARTICLE 5 &#8211; Expiration and Renewal<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Packages of <strong>services, treatments, or procedures<\/strong> purchased are valid for <strong>4 months<\/strong> from the purchase date.<\/li>\n<li>After this period, unused <strong>services, treatments, or procedures<\/strong> are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Expired packages can be <strong>renewed<\/strong> at an additional cost of <strong>30% of the updated price<\/strong> of the <strong>service, treatment, or procedure<\/strong>, as per the latest price list , but only within 12 months of the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ARTICLE 6 &#8211; Liability Limitations<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>LITELIFE is not liable for the failure to use <strong>services, treatments, or procedures<\/strong> due to:\n<ul>\n<li>Failure to book or reschedule the appointment by the CLIENT within the specified timeframe.<\/li>\n<li>Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>CLIENT Responsibility<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>The CLIENT must adhere to LITELIFE&#8217;s instructions regarding punctuality, booking modifications, and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>The CLIENT is liable for any damages caused to facilities or equipment during the provision of the <strong>service, treatment, or procedure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ARTICLE 7 &#8211; Cookies and Privacy<\/h3>\n<p>The website uses cookies to enhance the user experience. For more information, consult the <a rel=\"noopener\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ARTICLE 8 &#8211; Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h3>\n<p>These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
